About
Built to serve the whole industry, not one slice of it.
RSLA was founded on a simple observation. The problems in California senior living do not stay in one category, but the people solving them almost always do.
Why this firm exists
Why this firm exists
Administrators earn their continuing education alone in front of a screen, taught by people who have never managed a census. Families searching for care are handed directories by companies paid by the communities they recommend. Operators are sold marketing when the problem is admissions. Investors are handed financials by people who have never staffed a night shift. Everyone gets partial help.
RSLA exists to close those gaps from one place. The Executive Academy trains the administrators. The advisory practice serves the families, operators, and investors. The brokerage handles the property. And all of it is paid for by the client, so the advice answers to the client.
Education is the foundation deliberately. The room full of California operators at Hacienda Golf Club four times a year is the most useful thing this firm produces, and everything else grows out of it.
