Overview
The Fall Session addresses what happens after a community is stable: how to build leadership depth so the operation does not depend on one person, and how to evaluate whether growth is a good idea or an expensive distraction.
We also look forward. California senior living is being reshaped by funding changes, workforce pressure, and shifting acuity expectations, and the operators who plan for it will be in a different position than the ones who react to it.

Format
The morning and afternoon work through the regulatory, care, or operational subject matter for this session, taught in a working session format rather than a lecture.
The second day builds on the first, moving from framework into application, with time set aside for questions specific to your community.
Continuing education
This session is designed to provide ten CE hours for California RCFE administrators.
