The Summer Session is about census. We work through where inquiries actually come from, where they get lost, and what a referral pipeline looks like when it is built deliberately rather than assembled by accident.
The business half covers staffing structure, labor cost against census, vendor relationships, and the operational discipline that separates a community running on systems from one running on the owner.

The morning and afternoon work through the regulatory, care, or operational subject matter for this session, taught in a working session format rather than a lecture.
The second day builds on the first, moving from framework into application, with time set aside for questions specific to your community.
Continuing education
