Overview
The Spring Session focuses on the gap between the care a community markets and the care it can actually provide. We work through acuity, care capability, and the operational decisions that determine whether a resident is appropriately placed.
Documentation, care planning, and the coordination between your team and outside providers get direct attention, because that is where most care problems are either prevented or created.

Format
The morning and afternoon work through the regulatory, care, or operational subject matter for this session, taught in a working session format rather than a lecture.
The second day builds on the first, moving from framework into application, with time set aside for questions specific to your community.
Continuing education
This session is designed to provide ten CE hours for California RCFE administrators.
