Overview
The Winter Session sets the regulatory tone for the year. We work through the compliance landscape California administrators are operating in, what has changed, and how to build a licensing posture that holds up rather than one that reacts.
The leadership half of the session addresses the habits and structures that keep a community out of trouble in the first place: how issues get escalated, how documentation actually gets maintained, and how an administrator builds a team that surfaces problems early.

The morning and afternoon work through the regulatory, care, or operational subject matter for this session, taught in a working session format rather than a lecture.
The second day builds on the first, moving from framework into application, with time set aside for questions specific to your community.
Continuing education
This session is designed to provide ten CE hours for California RCFE administrators.
